Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Start a filing through the form or by phone, and a real person picks it up from there. You approve the quote by email — that's it.
Which states do you cover?
All 50 states. If your filing touches several states at once — a formation plus foreign registrations, for example — we coordinate the whole thing as one order.
Are you a law firm?
